St.Lawrence School, Santacruz (W), was founded in the year 1961 to impart English Medium Education from Primary Schooling to SSC level. The School has had Government Recognition since the year 1962.

The Primary Section of the School from Standard I to IV is privately managed by highly experienced and dedicated Administrators and has very talented Educators that contribute to the excellent teaching standards of the School. In this Section, Tuition Fees, Computer Lab charges and Extra-curricular activities are payable. The timings of the Primary Section are from 12.45 PM to 5.45 PM, Monday to Friday.

The Secondary Section of the School from Standard V to X is a Government Aided section that imparts free education to the students and is affiliated with the Secondary School Certificate Board. When students migrate from the Primary to the Secondary Section of the School, they do not have to pay Tuition Fees for the remainder of their schooling and

are only required to pay Computer Lab charges and charges towards Extra-curricular activities and Events. The timings of the Secondary Section are from 07.10 AM to 12.30 PM Monday to Friday and 7.10 AM to 10.10 AM on Saturday.

Since its inception in 1961, this School has educated thousands of students who have gone on to do their best in various fields and become eminent and respected professionals. Being a Co-ed School, it inculcates gender equality and our staff takes particular care in inducing good manners and mutual respect for gender as well as religion.

St.Lawrence believes in Education beyond the classrooms and has therefore always encouraged its students to excel in Academics, Sports, Art, Craft, Music and various other activities. It has thriving NCC and RSP Units handled by highly experienced and trained staff. The NCC Unit of the School is the oldest and best amongst all schools in the area. St.Lawrence has always strived to imbibe good values, discipline, good manners, hard work and a secular mindset in its students in addition to formal education and this contributes to good upbringing.
